- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I highly recommend Kelly Ruby's Agency. Kelly and her girls go above and beyond to help you out with all of the stressful issues of having a teenage driver. I am lucky enough to have built a friendship with Kelly and Heather and could not be more pleased with their service and help! My son just turned 16, got his first car and I had so many worries and questions. Heather always answers my questions in a timely basis and really has helped me so much through all of this.
